From the app
- Sign in to Reezl from the iPhone or Android app, or from the web app.
- Go to Settings, Data and privacy, Delete account.
- Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.
If you signed up with Google, Facebook or Apple, you do not know the account password: create one with "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen, or request deletion by email.
A 30-day period starts, during which you can keep using the app and cancel the request. When it ends, the account is deleted and we send you a confirmation email.
Without the app
If you can no longer sign in, write to us from your account's email address with the subject "Account deletion". We check that the account is yours and start the same procedure, with the same 30-day period.
What we delete
Irreversibly: your training, health and nutrition data, profile and personal details card, photo, links with Google, Facebook or Apple, devices, notifications, reviews written and received and check-ins.
What remains
Without your name or email: an anonymous technical row for the account, the record of coaching relationships and their consents (as evidence) and the log of administrative actions, kept for 24 months. Messages you sent stay in the other person's conversation, without your name. Programs and plans a coach assigned to you stay with you; if you are a coach, those you assigned stay with your athletes.
