Everything Reezl does

Training, progress and nutrition in one app, on your phone and on the web.

Training

Training session

  • Load, reps and RIR or RPE per set; timed exercises are logged in seconds.
  • "Last time" next to each exercise, with set history one tap away.
  • A number that looks like a typo gets a confirmation, never a block.
  • Fix logged sets even after the workout is closed.

Flexible workouts

  • Swap an exercise for another and switch back anytime.
  • Add off-plan exercises and reorder the day.
  • Change day: the skipped one comes back next time.
  • Start a workout without a program.

Supersets and circuits

  • Supersets, circuits and giant sets with a set number of rounds.
  • Rest after each round, zero included.
  • Completed rounds tracked in the session.

Programs

  • Ready-made programs filtered by goal, level and days per week (2-4).
  • 4-week blocks: ready-made strength and hypertrophy programs deload in week 4.
  • Per set: type (warm-up, top set, back-off, drop set, AMRAP, rest-pause), RIR, RPE, %1RM, tempo.
  • Muscle summary with an indicative range per goal.
  • A reminder when the program is about to end.

Exercise library

  • 900+ exercises with a description and step-by-step instructions.
  • For most of them, the movement illustrated from start to finish position.
  • Primary and secondary muscles, equipment.
  • Create your own exercises and propose them for the library; report a mistake.

Timers

  • Rest starts on its own with the program's seconds; extend it in one tap or change it for the session.
  • Timer for timed exercises.
  • Choose the alert sound.
  • The screen stays on while you train.

Workout recap

  • Time, sets, exercises and the muscles worked on the body figure.
  • If you did the same program day in the last two weeks, each muscle's volume load compared with last time.
  • Your new records.

Offline and export

  • Log sets without a connection; they sync when you're back online, with the app open.
  • Export your program to CSV.

Progress

Progress analytics

  • Weekly volume load over 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or all time.
  • Working sets per muscle, secondary muscles counting as half a set.
  • History totals: workouts, sets and volume load.

Records and estimated 1RM

  • Records per rep range, plus rep records on bodyweight exercises.
  • Estimated 1RM curve on loaded exercises.
  • Warm-up sets don't count.
  • Deleting a workout recalculates your records.

  • You choose what to receive.

Nutrition

Food diary, foods and weekly plans

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with favorite and recent foods always at hand.
  • Quick entries with just kcal and macros, copy meals from another day, and saved meals you log in one tap.
  • Beyond macros, the label values: fiber, sugars, saturated fat and salt. When a food lacks a value, Reezl flags it instead of counting it as zero.
  • Weekly plans over 7 days and 4 meals: activate one, copy days and log a plan day straight into your diary.
  • Four example weeks to start from (1800, 2200 and 2600 kcal, plus a 2200 kcal vegetarian one), to copy and adapt.

Targets, water and supplements

  • An estimate of energy and macros based on your profile and activity, with a goal to lose, maintain or gain within cautious ranges. Or set your own values.
  • The calculation never goes below a minimum energy threshold, and under 18 it only allows maintenance.
  • Targets change on training days: you pick the days, and a workout completed on a rest day counts too.
  • A 12-week trend compares average energy and protein, average weight and days close to target, counting only logged days. If your weight changes, Reezl suggests recalculating.
  • A water target based on your weight, with reminders at intervals or set times. Supplements are a personal log with dose, time of day and reminders.

Nutrition data is health data: your diary, saved meals, plans and the targets calculated from your profile only turn on with your explicit consent and, if you withdraw it, they are deleted. Water, supplements and targets you set yourself work without it. Reezl is a wellness tool and does not replace medical advice.
