1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern the use of the reezl.com website and the Reezl app (web, iPhone, Android, Apple Watch and Wear OS), provided by Nicola Eliseo, Via Domenico Padula 38, 80028 Grumo Nevano (NA), Italia, email info@reezl.com ("Reezl", "we"). By signing up and accepting them you enter into a contract with us for the use of the service. How we process your data is described in the Privacy policy.
2. The service
Reezl lets you create and follow training programs, log sessions and sets, track progress and body measurements, keep a food diary and, if you wish, work with a coach or nutritionist and talk to other users through chat. The service is currently offered free of charge. If we ever introduce paid features, their terms will be presented to you first and will not apply without your acceptance.
We work to keep the service available and working, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. We may change, add or remove features to improve the service.
3. Not a medical service
Reezl does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or prescriptions. Estimates, nutrition targets, programs and suggestions in the app are for information only and do not replace the advice of a doctor or health professional. Before starting a training program or changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, injured or taking medication, consult a doctor. You train at your own risk and must stop if you feel pain or unwell.
Nutrition values in the food catalog come from public databases (including USDA and CREA) and are estimates that may differ from the actual product.
4. Sign-up and account
- You must be at least 14 years old to sign up, and at least 18 to use coaching, as an athlete or as a professional.
- You must provide true, up-to-date information and keep your credentials safe: you are responsible for what happens with your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and let us know.
- If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, that service is governed by its own terms and you are responsible for keeping access to that account safe.
- Your account is personal and cannot be transferred.
5. Rules of conduct
By using Reezl you agree not to:
- post or send content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit or that infringes the rights of others;
- harass other users, send unwanted or advertising messages, or impersonate someone else;
- write fake reviews, reviews not based on a real experience or with a conflict of interest;
- present yourself as a professional with qualifications you do not hold;
- try to access other people's data or accounts, bypass security measures, overload the service or scrape data from it automatically.
You can report messages, reviews, exercises and foods and block other users. We review reports and may hide content that breaks these terms.
6. Your content
The content you enter (programs, personal exercises, notes, messages, reviews, training and nutrition data) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence, limited to the life of your account, to store, process and display it to you and to the people you choose to share it with, only in order to provide the service. Reviews are visible to registered users. If you propose an exercise for the shared catalog and we accept it, a copy is added to the catalog and your exercise stays as it is.
The software, the Reezl brand, the design, the exercise and food catalog and the content we produce remain the property of us or of their respective owners.
7. Coaching
Reezl connects athletes and professionals (personal trainers and nutritionists) and provides the tools to work together. Reezl is not a party to the relationship between athlete and professional: agreements, any fees and professional services are the sole responsibility of the parties. A coach can access an athlete's data only for the areas the athlete consented to and only while the relationship is active. Either party can end the relationship at any time.
To become a professional on Reezl you must submit an application, which we review, and accept the professional terms. Approval checks that the application is complete and is not a certification of the qualifications declared, for which the professional remains solely responsible. We may suspend a professional profile that breaks these terms.
8. Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time from the app, as described in the Privacy policy (30 days to change your mind, then permanent deletion). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it, telling you why unless we are not allowed to.
9. Liability
We provide the service with due professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, for interruptions not attributable to us, for the consequences of using estimates and programs without the advice of a health professional, or for what happens in the relationship between athletes and professionals. We recommend downloading a copy of your data from time to time. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. For substantial changes we update the version number and ask you to accept the new version; if you do not accept it, you can close your account.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court where you reside, and you can use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided by law. If you use Reezl for your professional activity, the courts of Napoli Nord have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
