1. In short
Reezl does not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies, and does not use third-party tracking tools. The reezl.com website sets no cookies; the app uses a single technical one, during sign-in with Google, Facebook or Apple. Otherwise we only use your browser's or device's local storage to make the service work. For this reason we do not ask for your consent: the law does not require it for strictly necessary storage (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).
2. reezl.com website
- No cookies.
- reezl.appBanner.dismissed (local storage): remembers that you closed the banner suggesting to open the app, so we do not show it again.
- Fonts are served by our own site: we do not load fonts from external services.
3. Reezl app (web, iPhone, Android)
You sign in with a token, not a session cookie. The app's only cookie is a technical one:
- social_oauth_state: set only when you start signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple, it lasts at most 10 minutes and is deleted when the sign-in ends. It holds a random code that ties the return from the chosen service to the browser that started the sign-in, so nobody can sign you into an account that is not yours.
In your browser's or device's storage we keep:
- Sign-in: the access token (valid 24 hours) and the renewal token (valid 30 days). In the iPhone and Android apps they are kept in the operating system's secure storage (Keychain or Keystore).
- Interface preferences: light or dark theme, accent color, last environment used (athlete or coach), session block order, panel width, last water container chosen, push notification status, a copy of the app configuration.
- Offline training: sets logged offline that are waiting to be sent and the data of the session in progress (local database "reezl"), so nothing is lost if the network drops at the gym.
- Chat drafts: the message you are typing, only for the life of the browser tab.
- App files: the service worker stores the app's static files (code, icons, images) so it opens faster and works offline. It does not store responses containing your data.
On smartwatches, credentials are kept in the operating system's secure storage.
4. Third-party content
Some exercises may have a demonstration video hosted by YouTube, embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you open an exercise with a video, YouTube receives your IP address and may store information on your device under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, the sign-in page belongs to the chosen service, which may use its own cookies under its own policy.
5. How to manage or delete this data
You can delete the data stored by the site or the app at any time from your browser settings ("Clear site data") or by uninstalling the app. Signing out removes the access tokens. Note: if there are sets logged offline that have not been sent yet, clearing the data loses them.
6. Changes
If we ever introduce tools that require your consent, we will update this page and ask for it before turning them on.
