Your body. Your data. Your evolution.

From your first program to your personal records: Reezl logs every set and shows you how you are changing.

Your journey over time

  1. Day one

A few steps: units, height, weight, date of birth, activity level and your app color. All editable later.

  2. Your first program

Start from scratch or from a ready-made program by goal, level and days per week; compare it, copy it, make it yours.

  3. At the gym

Reezl suggests today's day. See what you lifted last time, log every set, and rest starts on its own. Machine taken? Swap the exercise.

  4. After the last set

The recap shows time, sets, the muscles worked and any new records; if you did the same day in the last two weeks, also each muscle's volume load against last time.

  5. The week

Workouts done, sets per muscle against an indicative range, the week's records. Your program moves week by week, deload included in the ready-made strength and hypertrophy programs.

  6. Eating for your goal

Whenever you want, turn on nutrition with your consent. Reezl estimates energy and macros from your profile and, if you tell it which days you train, adapts them to those days. Log meals your way: from the catalog, with a quick entry, from saved meals or from your own weekly plan, even one started from an example week. Week after week you see how energy, protein and weight are going, with no judgment.

  7. The months

Rep-range records, estimated 1RM curve on loaded exercises, weight and circumferences over 3, 6 and 12 months. We'll remind you when your program is about to end.
